We are now closed for our winter rest.

 
     We will close for our annual winter break at the end of October.
 
     We close from November to February every year because many of the countries we send stock to have a winter period at this time of year with lower-than-usual temperatures. This makes sending parcels slightly riskier, with a higher chance of loss due to the parcel being exposed to cold conditions along the route. As we aim to supply high-quality colonies in good condition sending colonies this time of year can cause problems/delays due to the weather conditions.  Unlike many other sellers, we put the customer's satisfaction above earning profit. This also works out well for us as it coincides with the cool season in Thailand when we have a lot of extra work on our farm here.
     We will be resuming trade in March.
